We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Office Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Handle communication with vendors, and team members via phone, email, and in person.
Assist in travel arrangements.
Prepare and maintain reports
Order and manage office supplies, and ensure the office environment is organized and tidy.
Provide support to other team members as needed.
Track and manage office inventory, including office supplies and equipment. Maintain accurate records of stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages,
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve problems efficiently.
