Standard Sliding Gates: made up of 100x50x3mm Thick Steel Rectangular Hollow Section Main Frame. 50x50x1.5mm Thick Intermediate member.

Flush Type Panel: Made up of 45mm thick (in regardless of tube size) covered with 1.2/1.5/2.0mm Thick Galvanized Steel Sheet conforms to ASTM A653-95, Commercial Quality. Insulated with Polyurethane Injection or Fiberglass.

Grille Type Panel: Made up of 50x50x1.5mm Thick Steel Square Hollow Section or 40x40x1.5mm Thick Steel Square Hollow Section. Or (Circular Hollow Section, Flat Bar, Round Bar, Square Bar) Gates will be provided with Bottom Track and Wheels, Top Roller Guide, Gate Catcher, Gate Stopper.

Standard Panelized Swing Door: Constructed from 100X50X3mm Thick Rectangular Hollow Section as a main frame and 50x50x1.5mm Thick mid tube with 48mm thick infill panels covered with 1.2/1.5/2.0mm thick Galvanized steel sheet (ASTM A653-95, CQ) or Cold Rolled Steel Sheet (ASTM A366). Maximum infills panel NDW is 1435mm & Maximum NDH is 3048mm. (Based on the available steel sheet). Fire rated in construction for the infill panels only but not the whole assembly.

Insulation: Polyurethane or Fiberglass

Frame: Minimum of 2.0mm thick Steel sheet face. (Refer to HM Frame Section for Profile Limitation). Provide knockdown for frame size more than 3MWx3MH.

Hardware: Custom Made Hinges, Drop Bolt, Tower Bolt, Barrel Bolt, Rubber Silencer, Weather-stripping, Aluminum Threshold. Refer to MSR Library.

Finish: One Coat of Rust Inhibitive Shop Primer; Sigma 7413

Variety of Grille & Decorative Type can be designed to meet Project Specification. Please Consult R & D Design Section. Swing Gate is provided with Custom made Heavy Duty Hinges, Barrel Bolt, and Drop Bolt.
