Craneway Rolling Doors

Craneway Rolling Doors are designed to allow the overhead crane system to pass from the inside of an opening through an exterior wall and into a yard space. These doors are usually utilized in craneway openings in industrial applications. The doors can be built in a single or double T-shaped style utilizing swing arms to maintain curtain alignment with the door guides.

Rolling Service Doors with Pedestrian Pass Door

Al Kuhaimi’s Rolling Service Door with built-in pedestrian Pass Door is ideal for openings when emergency egress door is an issue. The hollow metal swinging pedestrian Pass Door, with its frame hinged to the jamb, can be used as an egress door while the rolling door is in fully closed position. When the rolling door is opened, the Pass Door and its frame swing out to keep complete free opening. The system is ideal for use in area separations, elevator lobby separations, and corridor separations.

Ventilated Rolling Service Door

Al Kuhaimi’s Ventilated Rolling Service Doors use ventilated slats for free airflow and visual access while maintaining security. Ventilated slats are available with either fenestrated openings or perforations of different sizes and diameters. 

Our Ventilated Rolling Service Doors are popular for retail storefronts, where off hours visibility is desired for merchandise and interiors. The doors are also frequently used for warehouses and loading docks, where doors need to remain closed, but airflow in the building must be maintained.

Combination Rolling Doors

Al Kuhaimi’s Combination Rolling Door is a unique combination of rolling service door and security grille offering the durability of a rolling door and visibility of a rolling grille. This combination of two shutters is used wherever an extra security barrier is recommended such as gold shop fronts and access corridors in buildings of high security. The rolling grille will be used during the daytime for temporary closing whenever physical access is prohibited but still allows the visual access, while the combination of rolling door and security grille will be used during the nighttimes to ensure higher level of security.
