Doors are available in four different series: 

• ESKD-10 Series and ESKD-10 (FR) Series: Polyurethane Core Door

Frames                                                                

Frames of Embossed Steel Doors are of the same design and construction of Hollow Metal Doors. Frames are available either welded (factory assembled), or knocked down (site assembled). Frames also can be engineering designed according to buildings architectural requirements to form sidelights, transoms, and window frames.

Features:

• Manufactured from cold rolled steel sheets to ASTM A366 or from galvanized steel to ASTM A526 G90.
• Available in nominal 1.2mm (18ga.), 1.5mm (16ga.), 2.0mm (14ga.).
• Hardware reinforcing in accordance to ANSI, SDI, NFPA standards requirements.
• Tested according to NFPA 252 and UL10(b) and labelled up to 3 hours (click labelled).
• Level “A” grade in accordance with ANSI A 250.4 test procedures.
• Available in various type profiles (click standard door & frame design):
• Masonry Wall type

Features:

• 45mm (1 ¾”) thick full construction.
• Manufactured from galvanized steel embossed sheets to ASTM A526 G90.
• Available in nominal 1.0mm (20ga.).
• Available in wood grain texture or plain stamped.
• Back cover can be flush steel sheet or embossed steel sheet
• Core:.
• ESKD-10 Series: Foamed-in-place polyurethane core exceeding 35 Kg./Cu.Mt. (2.18 pcf) compressed density, entirely filling the inside of the door.
• Vertical edges are interlocked, hairline seamed.
• 1.5mm (16 ga.) extra deep end channels at top and bottom of door for lasting integrity.
• Hardware reinforcing in accordance to ANSI, SDI, NFPA standards requirements.
• Tested according to NFPA 252, UL10(b) and ASTM 152 and labelled up to 3 hours (click labelled). Fire rated Embossed Steel Doors must have embossed back cover.
• Level “A” grade in accordance with ANSI A 250.4 test procedures.
• Available with different glass light preparations (click door & frame design).
• Available in nominal sizes up to 4’0 x 8’0 single and 8’0 x 8’0 double leaf.

Al Kuhaimi ESKD (FR) Series Fire Rated Embossed Steel Doors have been tested for fire resistance in accordance to Underwriters Laboratories (UL) as well as Warnock Hersey Inc. (WSI), to meet fire test criteria as defined in ASTM E-152, UL10(b) & UL 10(C), NFPA-252, CAN 4-S104 (ULC S104), or UBC 7-2(1994) & UBC 7-2(1997). We have obtained certification for manufacturing fire-rated doors up to 3 hours that comply with above mentioned test standards to negative and positive pressure requirements.

Fire rated Embossed Steel Doors must have embossed steel back cover.
